Ingredients
- 45ml Shortcross Rye & Malt Irish Whiskey
- 25ml Sweet Vermouth
- 14ml Green Chartreuse
- Angostura Bitters
- Orange
- Ice
Method
- Place ice into a mixing glass.
- Add your Shortcross Rye & Malt Irish Whiskey, sweet vermouth, green Chartreuse and two dashes of bitters.
- Gently stir until the glass begins to frost.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe glass.
- Rub your orange slice along the edge of your glass to extract the oils.
- Add an orange peel twist as an optional garnish.
