- Shortcross Rye & Malt Irish Whiskey
- Angostura bitters
- Sugar
- Ice
- Orange
Method
- Place ice into a mixing glass
- Add your Shortcross Rye & Malt Irish Whiskey, bitters and sugar
- Gently stir until the glass begins to frost
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass containing one large piece of ice
- Garnish with fresh orange peel and serve
